Walt Whitman said, “I am large, I contain multitudes”. I contain multiple Anas. Some people know only one, while others know many. Those that know me deeply are aware that I am mostly interested in the ones emerging and in renewing themselves into more complex versions. I exploring the possibilities of myself. I am mostly interested in becomings and what I can become.

I could present myself as a curious psychologist, with a dissolved identity, that sees herself as an explorer of ideas, a scientist, an artist, a creator, a practitioner, a writer, a poet, a gardener, a cook, a contemplator, a warrior, and so many more things. I carry multiple languages, sounds, expressions, words, movements, that I still learning to understand and to master. At the core of me is a willingness to live life as an adventure in and for knowing and loving. I bring that into my profession- I see myself as a scholar trying to do interdisciplinary research at the crossroads of Psychology and other domains and aspiring to embrace increasingly more integrative, expansive and complex modes of knowing.

At the end of the day, the multiple me(s) come into one, it´s just me: just Ana. Nice to meet you!
